How do I take it?
Squirt one 2 mL vial under your tongue about 15 minutes before sexual activity. Hold it for 1 minute, then swallow, and don't eat or drink for 5 minutes after. Don't take more than one dose in 24 hours.
Can I take it if I use nitrates or other heart medicines?
No. Nitrates in any form (including nitroglycerin under the tongue, patches or ointment, isosorbide mononitrate or dinitrate), amyl or butyl nitrate ("poppers"), supplements that boost nitric oxide and riociguat (Adempas) all rule out treatment. The online visit asks about each one. Once you start, tell all of your medical providers that you take this medication.
Will I always get Gala 4-in-1?
Your provider decides the dose and the formula from your answers. Depending on your age and history, they may prescribe a version without apomorphine or a single-ingredient option instead. The price of your plan stays the same.
Who can be treated online?
Men aged 21 to 85. Between 75 and 85, a provider can only prescribe a single-ingredient medication. Some answers about your health mean treatment isn't safe without an in-person visit, and the online visit tells you if that's the case.
How are refills reviewed?
Every 12 weeks you complete a short follow-up questionnaire so a provider can review your treatment before it continues.
