In which states is Gala available?
Gala is available across most US states. Your eligibility is confirmed during the assessment based on where you live; if we can't serve your state yet, you won't be charged. Your provider is licensed in your state of residence.
What happens after I complete my evaluation?
A US-licensed provider reviews your health evaluation, usually within a day, and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. If it is, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy and ships free to your door.
Do I need insurance?
No. Gala is a self-pay program: one flat monthly price, every dose, with no insurance required.
What should I know about GLP-1 medications?
GLP-1 medications work with your body's hunger signals to help you feel full sooner. Compounded Semaglutide is a GLP-1 and compounded Tirzepatide is a GLP-1/GIP. They work best alongside a balanced diet and regular activity, and your provider will explain possible side effects and decide whether treatment is appropriate for you.
What if I want to pause or cancel?
There's no contract. You can cancel anytime from your account. If you and your provider decide to stop treatment, your provider can discuss how to maintain your progress.
